policies

payment

Payment is due upon arrival for all pet-sitting services, unless arrangements are made otherwise.  Owner agrees to pay PET HOTEL CT for any additional costs incurred for emergency or veterinary care, or any services deemed necessary by PET HOTEL CT upon pick-up of pet(s).  Cash or personal checks are accepted.  There will be a $25. fee plus any bank fees for any returned checks.    

 

 

emergency care

In the event that the pet(s) being cared for require immediate medical attention, PET HOTEL CT, will attempt to contact the owner and emergency contact prior to obtaining emergency care.  However, the owner agrees that PET HOTEL CT has the authority to act in the pet's best interest if no contact can be reached.  The owner agrees to reimburse PET HOTEL CT for any additional fees/expenses incurred while attending to emergency or veterinary care.

 

 

cancellations

Cancellation is to be given 72 hours in advance of arrival date, otherwise owner agrees to pay 2 days as a cancellation fee.  If owner expects to arrive home earlier or later than planned PET HOTEL CT is to be notified as soon as possible.  If any pet becomes aggressive or dangerous PET HOTEL CT may terminate the Services Agreement. 

 

vaccinations

PET HOTEL CT accepts social, non-aggressive dogs that are current with their vaccinations.  These vaccinations include rabies and distemper parvovirus (DHLPP).  it is also suggested that all dogs are on a flea and tick preventative and/or have the Lyme disease vaccination.  Up to date vaccination records must be on file prior to the first stay.  

 

weather

In the event of inclement weather, PET HOTEL CT is entrusted to use best judgement in caring for pet(s).  Client recognizes that in the event of inclement weather, PET HOTEL CT, reserves the right to alter services outlined in the Services Agreement.
